Customer Service Review:
The service was efficient and good. We could have done with a reminder towards the end of the investment term to give time to change the product. Our postal service is poor eg letter issued 30th April received today (almost 3 weeks later) This is not Skiptons fault but our poor postal service hence the need to look at the product about a month before it matures

I dealt with Paul Hyde in Jersey he was very helpful from my initial meeting with him to the mortgage completion he kept in touch with me to keep me aware of the progress. He call/emailed when he said he would I have mentioned Paul to friends that are seeking mortgages as he made the whole process easy.

What we were looking for - although rates are generally low in the market, and at other times we would have expected higher rates, this rate was among the better rates in these conditions.
