Shane Konken was very good at the initial enquiry for setting up a mortgage, we were looking for a renovation project which has it's issues with borrowing. The service given was very good and helpful.

We are currently working on our Internet offering and completing extensive testing work. It is taking a little longer than we hoped, so I apologise for the delay. This is the priority project for Skipton International and we are dedicating resources to the work. As I am sure you understand we are extensively testing and hence modifying the system to ensure that we offer a secure and effective channel for our customers.

I only gave four stars as their communication was not 100% clear at the very beginning of our relationship; I had to send the original documents three times as they would not accept the odd page redone that they were not staisfied with. Subsequently their relationship was excellent and replies were very quick - within an hour or so by email. Just tidy up your requirements on your web site so that there is no question in the future.
