A very efficient and professional service.A few minor issues recently with the issue of annual interest statements relating to fixed time deposits as a result of upgrading systems.However when matters brought to attention they were actioned in a helpful and timely manner.

Very helpful and obliging, I am housebound but dealt with them over the phone when a Bond I have, matured.
They offer better interest rates than where my money was before.
I noted that acquaintances of mine with far more money than me were using Skipton. They are local and I feel I can trust them.
They also do much to support local charities.
