Lorraine was very helpful throughout the process and perfectly understood our requirements. Everything was handled efficiently and professionally.
Product Review:
The product mostly fits our needs. Would prefer more flexible mortgage options where you can make over payments and take it out again as you will. Or having a savings account with interest that is set off against your mortgage interest instead of paying interest out. Real time tracking of mortgage balances and interest calculations would be great as well.

I like that when I call I have no wait time I get through to the staff immediately. All enquires were answered quickly and very courteously. Setting up of accounts interest payments etc were handled very efficiently.

I agree the lack of online access to accounts is inconvenient. Skipton is currently replacing its banking system to facilitate online access, which we hope to roll out form the end of the year. If you would like to join our customer test panel and gain earlier access to this feature please let me know.

The initial timely response from the Skipton Customer Advisor was exceptional, as was the subsequent follow up by the Accounts Administrator providing further information and details. The organization comes across as being very professional and I would certainly recommend Skipton to any individual seeking to deposit funds.
