On line banking with access to accounts and private messaging makes life a lot easier. Otherwise service was good.

Skipton agrees that online banking would make life easier for our customers. We are currently about half way through a development to entirely replace our Banking System to facilitate online access. We hope to roll this out from the end of the year.
If you would be interested in becoming a member of our customer test panel and hence gain early access please let me know.

Account opening procees fine, but I had not noticed before applying, but there is no internet banking - This is the 21st century - all banks should have online banking!!

You make a fair point on an issue that we are engaged on rectifying. Our current banking system does not effectively support online access. Therefore, we are currently about half way through a major project to replace our entire banking system with an alternative that supports secure online access. We hope to roll this out from the end of the year.

Last minute legal review revealed issues of the provided documentation (from my lawyer to Skipton International 2 weeks prior to the completion date -issues that were explicitly flagged to SI) caused the delay in funds being drawdown
