I was very pleased with the service provided to me by Skipton International it was both professional and friendly, with minimum hassle from start to finish, I was a little nervous at first to change over my investment to Skipton International, but the lovely friendly staff soon put me at ease and made the process very easy and efficient, and it was all done very quickly and easily, a very helpful pleasant experience all in all.

I hope next year Skipton International will be receiving 5 stars, as we are currently working on replacing our banking platform with a system that will support online access. We expect to roll this out towards the end of the year and will be writing to customers accordingly nearer the time.

My contact to move my account from my current bank to Skipton was easy and efficient. I mailed my application and was approved. Yesterday I received notice from my current bank by mail that my funds have moved to Skipton. I have not yet heard from Skipton of the receipt of the funds.

Just setup an account for first time as a US resident. Very clear instructions about needing to supply US tax ID and very polite and helpful phone support to clarify requirements for validating identity.

Many places won't even offer a 75% on this!
Excellent service! Staff are polite, respectful, prompt and forthcoming with information.
Process is a bit lengthy, but I would think that's to be expected given it's an international purchase.

Would have preferred an interest rate closer to that obtainable within the UK for a UK purchase

Think you should put all transactions on line as it would be much easier to manage the account. Suggest you also notify clients when an investment is about to be withdrawn as it could be nice to add to existing funds.
